Event:       

The evening includes a large silent auction, exciting entertainment by Teatro ZinZanni, a wonderful dinner and high energy live auction filled with trips, adventures and items.  Please join us in supporting today's students and tomorrow's Christian leaders.

The auction is the school’s largest community-building and fundraising event.  We invite all families to attend and will send an invitation to anyone for whom you provide an address. Think about inviting friends, family, neighbors, and other supporters from throughout the community. Hundreds of items will be available for bidding in Silent Auctions and a spectacular Live Auction.

Benefits:

Our students reflect the rich cultural, geographic, and socio-economic diversity of the local Christian community. Funds raised at the auction help the school to provide a challenging, academic curriculum with a Christian worldview and to make our unique program affordable to as many children as possible. Each year a special Fund-a-Need program provides money for a targeted opportunity. Recent projects have included staff benefits, technology, the science department, and other departments.

Procurement:

Each Bellevue Christian family is expected to procure an item or items valued at $150 or donate cash contribution for the auction. The auction office supports you by offering procurement packets, which you can drop off or mail to the prospective donors. Each packet contains a procurement form, generic solicitation letter and return envelopes.

Volunteer:

We have multiple areas where we can use your help. Please contact us if you are available. We would love to have you join in on the fun of planning, procuring, setting up and various other areas!

VOLUNTEER MEETING: Monday, March 11th from 7-8pm at the Clyde Hill campus in the Teacher's Lounge.
