Chess4Life continues with their amazing chess program at Mack. 

The numerous benefits of chess include: Increased powers of concentration and memory; Enhanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities and Improved social skills-to mention only a few!

Mrs. Pearson is coaching our Open Design Lego Club for students in grades K-6th!  She has amazing Lego Games, Activities and creative ideas.  Students get to let their imaginations sour.  What do you like to build?  Trucks, Space Ships, Airplanes, Castles, Dragons? Back by popular demand, Mrs. Murphy will once again be teaching Lego Machines and Mechanics!   This is a STEM, (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), based class where students explore and create Lego Machines.  This class is now open to 3rd graders too!  If you are in 3rd grade come learn from the experienced older students too.

We are excited to announce our first ever Lego Story Builder!  We all have a story to tell and here is YOUR opportunity to build your story in Lego's, design a parallel version on the computer and even publish your finished story-Wow!  This class integrates technology with core writing and language skills as students collaborate together in creating portfolios of their own stories.  Mrs. Vestal can't wait to explore your stories with you.

Even though Hans is brawny and strong, he soon realizes that physical fitness is no substitute for the spiritual fitness a growing relationship with Jesus can bring. 

ROBOTICS HAS COME to Mack!  Have you ever dreamed of building a robot from the ground up and then making it move and follow your instructions?  Then this camp is for you.  This is a STEM based camp where you will explore  Science, Technology, Engineering and Math as you design and build robots that use machines, gears, levers and pulleys.  The possibilities are endless.  Come test your own imagination.
