Bellevue Christian School’s Extended Care and Snack Shack Program exist as a service for parents. We offer a safe and caring place for our students after regular school hours. Our program is an extension of the regular school day, and as such, conforms to the policies and procedures outlined in the Student / Parent Handbook. Playtime, directed activities, and supervised study time will be included in the program.

Any enrolled child with a fever or a communicable disease/condition will not be admitted to the Extended Care and Snack Shack program. If a child becomes ill while in the Extended Care and Snack Shack program, we will notify the parent or emergency contacts to have the child picked up. Any medication to be administered by the Extended Care and Snack Shack program staff will be done so only with a written authorization from a physician and a parent and/or guardian.

FEES
Fees are due on the 1st of each calendar month. Drop in charges are due on the day care is given.  A late charge of $20 a month will apply to accounts 30 days past due. We accept cash or checks payable to Bellevue Christian School. Extended Care/Snack Shack fees are paid separate from tuition payments. Families are expected to pay contracted fees regardless of actual attendance. This contract is for the 2008-2009 school year and may be terminated only with a written 30 day notice.

There will be an annual, non-refundable Registration Fee of $40 per child. There is no discount given for multiple children nor are we able to offer employee or volunteer discounts.

Families picking up after 6:00 PM will be charged an additional $15 charge (per day, per child).
