Seven days notice is required for a full refund for a camp registration, less a $30 processing fee. If you cancel and request a refund within 6 days of the camp start date you will receive a refund of 50% of the full camp fee, for all camps registered directly through the BCS Camps website. Refunds must be requested via email to bcscamps@bellevuechristian.org and will be refunded to the credit card/debit card used for registraton. Refunds will processed within three weeks.
For additional camps that are linked from this site for registration, including Redwine Soccer, Explore Band, Explore Choir, Explore Jazz, Explore Orchestra, FunARama and HSB Basketball, the refund policy will be that of the registering organization, not BCS.
