Tuition may be paid in 10 equal monthly installments July 1, 2009 through April 1, 2010 by ACH (direct debit to your bank account). Please return completed ACH Authorization Form (download here) to the Finance Office.

First-Time Application Fee - $75 per student

Educational Therapy for full time BCS students - $9,290
Educational Therapy SAS only - $10,370
Other Elementary School Expenses
Milk (optional) - $30-$35/year for daily delivery
5th grade Outdoor Education - approx. $250/student
Other possible costs include individual/group photographs, memory book, special events, etc.
Other Junior/Senior High Expenses
Course Fees - For elective courses (see student handbook) $15-$90 /course Billed for 1st semester in October 2010, 2nd semester in March 2011.
Textbooks - Grades 7-12 are purchased by each student through the bookstore. Books may be returned for credit. $200-$400/year
Athletics Participation Fee - $150 per sport (capped at 2 sports)

Other possible costs include individual / group photographs, student parking ($100), student events, (such as Junior/Senior Banquet and Tolo), band / choir tour expenses, 8th grade state trip, etc.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Full annual tuition may be paid by July 1, 2010 with a 2% discount if paid by check
- Full annual tuition may be paid by July 1, 2010 by credit card without a discount
- Tuition account must be current for a student to start school
- If the tuition becomes past due, student(s) may be asked to not return to school until account is brought current
- A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks
- A $50 late fee will be charged to accounts that become 30 days past due
- Any Alternate tuition payment plan must be submitted in writing and approved by the BCS Finance Committee
- Withdrawal conditions apply as outlined in the Bellevue Christian School Enrollment Contract
