Emphasis on developing overall body and core strength and endurance.

  • Exercises will be a combination of push and pull exercises concentrating on functional strength
  • Learning major muscle groups and what lift/exercise works them out
  • Putting together own workouts that have a balance of push/pull and functional lifts/exercises
  • Keeping a log to document workouts
  • Have fun!
