Description

A basic conditioning and exercise class open to all. Emphasis on overall cardiovascular endurance, muscle
strength, flexibility and core strength and how functional exercises will help achieve that.

  • Understand major muscle groups and what exercise/lift works them out
  • Understand functional lifting
  • Circuit training/rounds, AMRAP
  • Making own workouts that have a balance of push/pull exercises and functional lifts
  • Keeping a log to document workouts
  • Have fun!
