Description

A basic conditioning and exercise class. Emphasis on overall cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength,
flexibility and core strength and how functional exercises will help achieve that.

  • Understand major muscle groups and what exercise/lift works them out
  • Understand functional lifting
  • Circuit training/rounds, AMRAP, teacher and student generated workouts
  • Have fun!
